The challenge: A complex, evolved software
VR-NetWorld was confronted with the challenge that the Social Media Box, a tool used by many Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken to manage their own social media activities, had become increasingly complex over the years. The benefits were not always clear to new customers. For existing customers, this sometimes led to them discontinuing use prematurely or not booking any new modules. An MVP was to serve as the starting point for a drastic improvement – the basis for a complete redesign of the application.
